How to use

To use our self service Washers and Dryers, you will need a Speed Clean Laundry Card.

Our easy to use Laundry Cards are available in-store.
Just head on over to the Laundry Card Centre to get a new card and top up! 

To get a New Card

Follow these simple steps to purchase and load a new Speed Clean Laundry Card.

  1. Press the NEW LAUNDRY CARD button
    ($1 one off charge applies).

  2. Press ADD VALUE $10 INCREMENTS button until desired top-up value is displayed.

  3. Press ENTER.

  4. Follow instructions on the Payment Terminal.
    EFTPOS, Credit & Debit cards accepted. No cash.

  5. Remove your new Laundry Card from the
    NEW LAUNDRY CARD DISPENSER.

To top up your Card

Follow these simple steps to top up your Speed Clean Laundry Card.

  1. Place existing Laundry Card into LAUNDRY CARD HOLDER. Your balance will be displayed.

  2. Press ADD VALUE $10 INCREMENTS button until desired top-up value is displayed.

  3. Press ENTER.

  4. Follow instructions on the Payment Terminal.
    EFTPOS, Credit & Debit cards accepted. No cash.

  5. Remove your Laundry Card from the
    LAUNDRY CARD HOLDER.

Speed Clean Laundromats are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. 

Washers

  1. Place items in Washer and close the door (turn handle tightly to the left).

  2. Place Laundry Powder/Liquid, and Fabric Softener (if using) where indicated on top of the Washer.

  3. Place your Speed Clean Laundry Card on the Washer’s Laundry card terminal. Your credit balance will be displayed.

  4. Select Cycle using the arrow button.

  5. Press Start button.

  6. Remove your Speed Clean Laundry Card.

  7. Take note of what time your Washer will be finished so you can be back to collect your laundry.

Dryers

  1. Place items in Dryer and close the door (do not fill Dryer more than 2/3 full).

  2. Place your Speed Clean Laundry Card on the Dryer’s Laundry card terminal. Your credit balance will be displayed.

  3. Select Temperature.

  4. PressStart button.

  5. Remove your Speed Clean Laundry Card.

  6. Take note of what time your Dryer will be finished so you can be back to collect your laundry.

  7. For extra drying time, place your Speed Clean Laundry Card back on the Laundry card terminal before the cycle has finished, and press Start.
